Just about 3 weeks ago had knee surgery (arthroscopic). It is three weeks already and still feeling soar, and tender in the knee. As a diabetic, how long will it take to recover to where I will have full range of motion, and the soar and tenders feeling will go away.

You need to be careful about when you introduce this exercise following ACL reconstruction. If performed as in the video, you are going to introduce strain to the healing ACL graft. There are much better exercises that you can prescribe which will limit that stress.
