Hi - I am recivering from a right knee replacement on July 20th , then emergency surgery for quad tear about a month later - found out a cmptr is available here can you please tell me when exercises to help heal this can be done, and what kind? Also when can I resume bending my new knee and will the exercises I was given for that change> I understand the new knee needs to be used but the quad tear must stay straight.

The largest muscle is not Quadriceps. It should be either Gluteus maximus or Latissimus Dorsi.
