Lisa is an licensed physical therapist and co-founder of Azhar Therapy & Fitness. She received her Physical Therapy degree in 1993 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC).

She has spent her professional career treating Orthopedic Conditions (Land & Aquatic Therapy), & Muscular Dysfunction, and providing Spine Care, Manual Therapy. & Women's Health. She focuses on high-quality, hands on functional outcomes and a rapid return to previous function including high level sports activities. A large majority of her patients include Back & Neck pain but she also enjoys working with pregnant and post partum women addressing musculoskeletal impairments, pelvic pain, postural dysfunctions, and pelvic floor weakness.

She actively pursues continuing education in her fields of interest, and is a member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
